Blewbo is a fast-growing ecommerce platform that connects consumers with a wide range of products from various sellers. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our platform and ensure the smooth functioning of all operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background, a passion for ecommerce, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including order processing, shipping and logistics, and customer service.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the platform.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and technology teams, to develop and launch new products, features, and campaigns.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for ecommerce and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies.
